Learn Hillingdon is offering a series of hands‑on Healthy Dinner Workshops this summer at the Civic Centre, Uxbridge. These sessions are ideal for adults who are on a low income, unemployed, or managing Type 2 diabetes or other medical conditions. Each workshop focuses on preparing simple, nutritious meals to support healthy living.
