BOUNCE: Self-Esteem and Resilience Building Programme for Children Aged 8+
The London Borough of Hillingdon Youth Offer Targeted Team is excited to introduce BOUNCE, a free group intervention programme designed for primary school children aged 8 years and above who need support in building self-esteem and resilience. This interactive and therapeutic programme helps children develop confidence and coping strategies for life’s challenges.
Programme Details:
- Duration: 9-week programme (attendance at all sessions is required)
- Dates: Every Friday from 16th January to 27th March 2026
- Time: 4:15 PM – 6:15 PM
- Location: Hayes Family Hub, College Way, Hayes, UB3 3BB
- Cost: FREE of charge
Parents, Guardians and Carers can refer their child by completing the Referral Form.
