Administrative Assistant - Pupil Welfare (Maternity cover)

Location: Rosedale Primary

Salary: Hourly rate of £11.75

Start Date: September 2022

[Required 22.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 40 weeks per year, mainly term-time, Morning session –

8.30am to 1.00pm]

PART-TIME ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – MORNINGS

FOR MATERNITY COVER AND

REQUIRED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

The Trust is looking for a competent administrator to join the team at Rosedale Primary School.  The successful candidate will have high order communication and IT skills, with demonstrable experience of working within a busy and demanding environment. The post-holder will support the day-to-day operational routines, being integral to the general welfare and guidance arrangements in place at the School for pupils and stakeholders.  Acting as the main point of contact in terms of First Aid response, an appropriate and up-to-date qualification will be essential in order to fulfil the role.

  • flexible approach to new tasks;
  • exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills;
  • competency in IT software with good keyboard skills;
  • willingness to undertake First Aid and access relevant training;
  • attention to detail to ensure excellent customer service.
