Sixth Form Open Evening

At The Rosedale Hewens Academy Trust, students can explore a wide range of academic and vocational pathways, providing opportunities to choose courses that suit students' individual interests, abilities and long-term goals.

Our Sixth Form is about more than gaining qualifications. We want students to leave us prepared for their next step, whether that is university, an apprenticeship or employment. During the Open Evening, students and their families will be able to learn more about the different progression routes available and how the Trust can support them as they make decisions about their future.

There is no better way to decide whether a Sixth Form is right for you than by coming along and experiencing it for yourself.

Throughout the evening, visitors will have the opportunity to meet members of our Sixth Form leadership team, teachers and current students, giving prospective students the chance to ask questions and hear more about what studying with us is really like.

You will also be able to:

• Learn about the wide range of courses available and explore the options that could support your future ambitions.
• Find out about entry requirements and the application process, so you know exactly what to expect when applying.
• Discover student life and enrichment opportunities, and learn how Sixth Form can help you develop beyond the classroom.
• Learn more about pastoral support and how students are supported throughout their Sixth Form journey.
• Explore progression routes into university, apprenticeships and employment.
• Ask questions and receive personalised advice to help you make informed decisions about your post-16 journey.

Sixth Form is an exciting step towards greater independence and an opportunity to start thinking seriously about where your education could take you.

At The Rosedale Hewens Academy Trust, our aim is to ensure students have the guidance, opportunities and support they need to work towards their ambitions and prepare for a successful future. The Trust has a strong local presence in Hillingdon and is committed to providing the best possible education for the learners in its care.

Whatever your plans for the future, the Open Evening gives you the chance to explore your choices, speak directly to the people who can support you and start building a post-16 pathway that is right for you.
