Year 11 Prom 2026 – A Night Under the Stars

Join us for an elegant and exciting celebration as we mark the end of your time at Rosedale Hewens Academy Trust in true style, at your Year 11 Prom! This year’s theme, “A Night Under the Stars,” promises an evening filled with glamour, music, and memories you’ll treasure forever.

Time: 7:00pm to 11:30pm
Venue: The Pinewood Hotel Wexham Park Lane, George Green, Slough, SL3 6AP
What to Expect
The theme of Prom 2026 will be “A Night Under The Stars”. Students are encouraged to dress to impress, choosing colours of their preference. The dress code is strictly formalwear.
Food:
A Summer BBQ buffet will be provided, offering a selection of meat, halal and vegetarian options. Each student will receive one complimentary soft drink with their ticket. Additional soft drinks may be purchased during the evening.
Music:
Music will be provided by a professional DJ, playing a range of well-known favourites throughout the evening. Students will have the opportunity to enjoy the dancefloor with friends and celebrate together in a lively and positive atmosphere.
Awards:
During the course of the evening, a series of Prom Awards will be presented, recognising a range of notable qualities and memorable contributions within the year group. These awards are intended to celebrate the unique personalities and shared experiences of students in a respectful and inclusive manner.
Magic Mirror:
A magic mirror photo booth will also be available, allowing students to take unlimited photographs. Prints will be available instantly for students to take home, with additional copies available for collection at a later date.
Security:
Staff from the Trust will be present throughout the evening to chaperone and celebrate with students, and additional venue security will be in place to ensure the safety of everyone attending.
Tickets
Tickets are £35 and are now available to purchase via iPayimpact. So that we can collate the final numbers and let the venue know the required details in time, the deadline to pay this will be Friday 5th June. You will be able to secure your ticket with a £10 deposit, and the remaining balance of £25 needs to be paid by Friday 5th June.

- Each ticket admits one person only
- Tickets must be shown on entry
- Lost or damaged tickets cannot be replaced
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable
- The school reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals if necessary

Important Notice: Please ensure you read the Prom Letter in full as there is new guidance on expectations. Attendance to the Prom is conditional and will be dependent upon students meeting the following expectations throughout the academic year.
