The Rosedale Hewens Academy Trust is looking for suitably experienced and motivated individual to join its premises team.  A positive and energetic approach to day-to-day tasks and routine general maintenance is essential to deliver a comprehensive facilities and management service across the campus site. Duties will be wide ranging and varied, involving internal and external clearing tasks to ensure the site is maintained and presented to the highest possible standard.

Candidates will need to demonstrate:

  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • competency in a range of premises duties;
  • flexibility in order to manage priorities effectively;
  • exceptional customer services skills.

Premises Assistants work alongside the site supervisor in shifts to ensure the daily operational needs of each site can be fully met. Responsibilities also include a wide variety of domestic tasks, which are integral to guarantee a safe, tidy and suitable environment for all stakeholders. They are also involved in undertaking appropriate routine maintenance. Therefore, demonstrable skills in a particular trade would be an advantage.

Post-holders will be required to work a two-week rotational system to include evenings and occasional weekends. Therefore, successful candidates will need to be flexible, good team players and genuinely willing to meet the demands and requirements of all user groups.
